Our service ‘AutoCheck’ R.P.M. Management Company is pleased to offer its service which allows unit owners to automatically pay their monthly Association dues on the due date without having to lift a finger. This new automated bill paying service is called ‘AutoCheck’. How things work now? Each homeowner has to remember to write out their check to the Association, then find an envelope to mail the check in. How does this system work? On a voluntary basis, each unit owner is given the opportunity to sign up for ‘AutoCheck’. Each month a pre-authorized check is automatically generated for the exact amount of the monthly maintenance fee. Your ‘AutoCheck’ payment is paid directly to your Association. What's the benefit you ask? Its a time saver and cost efficient. You save on postage. No need to worry if your check will be lost in the mail. Finally, the check is issued on the maintenance fee due date, therefore your payment never late. This service is ideal for everyone, especially those who are on the run. It helps to reduce delinquent accounts and increases cash flow. This is only one of the ways in which we strive to improve the services we offer Association members.
